Founder / Registered NurseHighly skilled and medically trained, Heidi has worked as a Registered Nurse for the past 20 years after gaining a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Canberra.
The first 11 years post-graduate, were spent working as a perioperative nurse and completing a post-graduate degree in perioperative nursing at the University of Technology Sydney.
Whilst working as a scrub nurse in theatres, Heidi’s experience in plastic surgery lead her to the field of cosmetic aesthetics. Whilst living in the UK, Heidi studied with Medics Direct in renowned Harley Street London.
Heidi turned her full attention to cosmetic aesthetics over 10 years ago, going on to open her own clinic - HB Aesthetics.

Cosmetic Aesthetics Professional / Registered Nurse.Ellie started her nursing career unsure which direction it would take her, after a few years in the hospital environment Ellie found herself drawn to cosmetic nursing.
Since taking the plunge into cosmetic nursing over seven years ago, Ellie quickly worked her up to top injector at a renowned skin clinic in Sydney and fell in love with the craft.
Ellie’s experience in nursing affords her a caring and compassionate demeanour, and makes her incredibly gentle on the end of a needle!
Ellie is passionate about making clients feel fresh and confident.

Mia is our front-of-house queen. She keeps our busy clinic running like clockwork and is the friendly face that greets you when you arrive at HB.In her previous life, Mia was an Event Manager and travelled globally organising trade shows and exhibitions.
She brings that multitasking, can-do attitude to HB along with her sharp wit!

Kyli seamlessly blends her artistic flair with her nursing expertise, specialising in cosmetic nursing and providing person-centred care and comprehensive education to her clients. With a keen focus on achieving natural enhancements, Kyli is dedicated to refreshing and rejuvenating her clients’ appearances. Her compassionate approach and keen artistic eye ensure that she works closely with each individual, empowering them to feel their absolute best.

A Senior Cosmetic Nurse for the past eight years, with a further four years of injecting experience before promotion to Senior Cosmetic Nurse.
Allysse joined HB with a long career in Skin care, beauty and injectables. She cut her teeth at Gillian Adams in the early days and continued her education and passion for age-defying treatments throughout her time at renowned cosmetic injection clinics in Sydney.
Allysse is a skilled and experienced Cosmetic aesthetics nurse.
